California is in a world of hurt right now--please vote on tuesday. Jerry Brown is a career politician and his record sucks and the same goes for Barbara Boxer she has had years to do the right things for Californians and has failed. Turn the water on in the Bread Basket and get the farms going again. 10% of this Nations produce comes from this area in California, get our farms up and producing again. Vote for changes in California and the Nation say good bye to Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and the rest of the left in Washington.

Disneyland and Halloween are a perfect match! We always start our October with a trip to Disneyland. The decorations are just adorable and plain amazing, I think I have to go again SOON!!

Found It!!

I found a Journal that I think I am going to like. It is the Journal 10, found it on line and it is a 10 year journal and you have four lines per day to write on. I think four lines a day for me fits into my schedule! If you want to write more there are carry over pages in the back that you date to correspond with that day--pretty neat! I started on the day I received it and am trying to back track a little to some of the important things that took place earlier this year! We'll see but so far so good!

Delay!

What I realized after my last post was I don't have pictures of our fun family week--all the pictures we took were on Sage and Amber's cameras. Hopefully I can get some downloaded so I can post them!!!

What Can I Say!!

Seriously have I fallen off the face of the Earth?? No, but I have been a blog slacker. I have a whole summer to blog about and life just couldn't be any busier and I'm loving it! I'll blog soon and update with pictures of all our family summer adventures. What has been consuming me this past week is Journaling...I thought my blog would be a good place to journal about stuff but I have decided to start writing a personal journal. There are some things I've decided I want to write about, I guess more of a personal history type of thing and some of it just isn't shareable (is that a correct english word?) Anyway, I'm looking for the perfect journal to start writing in and haven't found the perfect one yet! Still searching and this week is the deadline perfect or not! I'll let you know how it goes....

This is Jake wearing Sage's shoes. A shoe model -he's looks like he's pretty smooth, this walk took several tries-he almost bit the dust and twisted his ankle! Such a jokster!

This was last saturday she was 5 weeks old! We're excited she weighs in at 8lbs 10ozs.

Baseball!

Jake's baseball season is ending soon and I haven't been to a game all season-made it to one practice, so long story short, Dana worked on saturday so I drove up to Amber's to see Jake's ball game. He has improved so much this season, he got a couple of good hits and an RBI! It is the cutest thing to watch these kids play ball. I know soccer is his favorite but he is adorable in a baseball uniform.

We have been in our home 20 years and our backyard was really in bad shape! The golphers destroyed the lawn behind the pool, it seriously was dead with what looked like small grenade holes everywhere! Here's the improved and waterwise (somewhat) backyard! So thankful it has been completed so we can enjoy it this summer!
